Education Program

​​The mission of the educational program is to foster an active learning community on state-of-the-art outcomes and community translational research methods and application. 

Our educational focus is on methods in health outcomes research, health services research, dissemination and implementation (D&I) science, comparative effectiveness and patient-centered outcomes research, and delivery science.

Goals & Objectives

  • Increase campus awareness and use of ACCORDS outcomes and community translational research methods and expertise
  • Develop and promote advanced methodological expertise in ACCORDS investigators and staff in strategic outcomes and translational research domains
  • Accelerate dissemination and adoption of advanced outcomes and translational research methods
  • Increase productive collaborations and team science within ACCORDS and across campus
Each month, we will host up to three seminars across two series and the quarterly community engagement forum co-hosted by CCTSI Community Engagement

Ongoing workshops include the QM2 intro to qualitative research workshop and Dissemination & Implementation (D&I) for Researchers.

Previous topics included designing for dissemination & mhealth/Digital health.

ACCORDS has hosted annual conferences with a focus on pragmatic research including emerging research designs, planning for pragmatic research, implementation and conduct, and dissemination and sustainability.
