Marwa joined the Family Matters team in 2025. She was raised in Colorado and is currently a sophomore studying Public Health and Sociology at the University of Colorado Boulder with a focus on community health and health equity. Her academic interests center on understanding how social and structural factors influence access to care and long-term health outcomes. Passionate about improving systems that impact families and underserved populations, she hopes to pursue a future in public health policy and advocacy. In her free time, she enjoys running, skiing, yoga, and staying active outdoors.
