Libby is the project director for the Family Matters studies in the Healthy Eating and Activity across the Lifespan (HEAL) lab. Dr. Bollinger is a researcher and licensed clinical psychologist in Colorado. As a pediatric psychologist, Dr. Bollinger trained in renowned children’s hospitals across the country including Cleveland Clinic Childrens and the Johns Hopkins Children’s Center. Her primary research interests include the intergenerational transmission of eating patterns in families and how those eating patterns can lead to obesity or eating disorders. She is further interested in how the transmission of eating patterns is influenced by socioeconomic status and trauma. Her clinical interests include children with complex medical conditions (e.g., transplant, cancer) and chronic pain. In her free time, Libby enjoys spending time with her family, hiking with her two dogs, baking, and reading
